 • Maintain a neat and polished look. This reinforces the brand’s commitment to professionalism.

2. Engagement and Interaction

 • With Guests: Be friendly but not intrusive. Maintain professionalism while engaging with guests, offering directions or light conversation if needed. Avoid excessive interaction to ensure focus on capturing moments.
 • With Guests of Honor: Prioritize the comfort and preferences of the guests of honor. Follow guidance on specific shots or interactions preferred.
 • With Vendors: Collaborate respectfully and efficiently with other vendors (e.g., event coordinators, florists, caterers). Avoid interrupting their workflow and communicate clearly when coordinating shots involving their services.

3. Camera Settings and Time Synchronization

 • Ensure that your camera’s date and time are accurate by using Time and Date.
 • If your camera uses a 24-hour clock, remember:
 • Hours after 12:00 indicate PM (e.g., 1:00 PM = 13:00, 11:00 PM = 23:00).
 • Double-check to avoid time discrepancies that could disrupt gallery flow.
 • Consistent timestamps across all devices ensure the final gallery flows seamlessly.

4. Equipment Handling

 • SD Card: Use the provided SD card, formatting it prior to use to ensure it is ready for the shoot. Confirm compatibility with your device and the dual-slot requirement.
 • Backup Storage: Ensure that you’re using a dual-slot camera to create an in-camera backup of all images for redundancy.
 • Handle all equipment with care, and notify Ariel immediately of any technical issues.

5. Payment

 • Payment will be remitted within the timeframe outlined the signed contractual agreement via Zelle or Cash App. Ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

6. Deliverables and File Management

 • All images must be submitted to Ariel immediately after the event using the provided SD card. Avoid storing or sharing images independently.
 • Do not delete any images from the SD card until Ariel confirms that the files have been successfully transferred.

7. Confidentiality and Representation

 • Do not disclose or share any details about the event, guest(s), or session on personal social media without prior approval.
 • You are representing Ariel Enid Photography at all times during the event. Be punctual, professional, and adhere to the brand’s standards.

8. Emergencies and Communication

 • Notify Ariel immediately if you encounter any emergencies or unexpected challenges before or during the event.
 • Keep a charged phone on hand for coordination but refrain from using it for personal purposes while on assignment.

9. Cancellations and Replacements

 • If you are unable to fulfill an assignment, notify Ariel no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Assist in finding a qualified replacement if necessary.

10. Feedback and Improvement

 • Ariel Enid Photography values feedback. Share any insights after events to enhance future processes.
