We believe in efficiency and clear communication, which means that most of our reminders and updates will come to you via email. It’s all about making sure you’re informed and involved without the stress of back-and-forth messages. We’re here to guide you through every part of this experience—from our first conversation to delivering your final images—and our streamlined communication ensures nothing gets missed.

We take a personal yet professional approach to capturing your story. We focus on getting to know you, understanding your vision, and translating that into images that feel authentic. We plan meticulously, but when the day arrives, we let things unfold naturally to capture those real, spontaneous moments. Booking

Booking your session is simple and seamless. We start by submitting an inquiry via the contact form. Within 48 hours you will receive a proposal based on the details you provided on the contact form. After choosing a date that works best for you, you will select the collection that fits your needs, sign your contract and pay your retainer (50%).  Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the essential details, including a guide on what to expect next. We handle everything online to keep it efficient, and you’ll have all the information you need in one place. We’re here to answer any questions you have along the way.

Step 1 

Pre-Shoot

This is where we bring your vision to life. We’ll collaborate on the perfect looks and locations, so you feel completely prepared for your session. I’m here to help, whether it’s offering referrals for hairstylists, makeup artists, or wardrobe stylists if you need them. I’ll guide you through outfit choices, help match your style to our location, and ensure that every detail is on point. By the time we reach the session day, you’ll feel confident and ready to shine.

Step 2

Session Day: The Spotlight Moment

The day of your session is all about stepping into the spotlight and enjoying the moment. You’ve done the planning, and now it’s time to relax and trust the process. I’ll guide you through every shot to make sure you feel comfortable, and we’ll capture those candid, authentic moments that make your story unique. Whether it’s a portrait session, an event, or a wedding, we’re there to make the day fun, stress-free, and all about you.

Post-Session

We begin the retouching process. This is where each image gets the extra care and attention to make it shine. For portrait sessions your retouched images will be delivered within eight business days, and for weddings your final gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks unless you’ve chosen an expedited option. Our goal is to give you a final product that exceeds your expectations.

Final Deliverables


When your final gallery is ready, you’ll receive an email with access to your beautifully retouched, high-resolution images—preserving your memories in stunning detail. Depending on your collection, you may also receive or have the option to purchase heirloom-quality keepsakes, such as albums, a 6x6 trifold, 8.5x12 matted prints, or even a crystal USB drive. These timeless products offer a beautiful way to cherish and share your special moments for years to come.
